All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if project scope changes.

Payment Terms

  • Final payment is due upon completion and satisfaction of work
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Removing or protecting personal items and furniture
  • Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any defects in workmanship will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper maintenance
  • Structural issues or pre-existing conditions
  • Acts of nature or accidents

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased and time reserved.

Liability

GDEC Decorating Services carries appropriate public liability insurance. We take care to protect your property but are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
